Smart India Hackathon 2025 finale begins in Coimbatore

The grand finale of the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025, a nation-wide two-day event, began in Coimbatore on Monday at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET).

Smart India Hackathon is an initiative of the Central government to address challenges faced by government departments and private organisations through solutions developed by students.

The event was inaugurated by S. Malarvizhi, chairperson and managing trustee of Sri Krishna Institutions, along with K. V. Karthik, president of the Indian Pump Manufacturers Association and managing director of Deccan Industries, Coimbatore.
