SC seeks govt response on plea for quota, concessional fare for acid attack survivors on trains

Five students pursuing M.Sc. Statistics in Bharathidasan University underwent training on ‘Official statistics’ conducted by the National Statistical System Training Academy (NSSTA) in Greater Noida recently.

Students pursuing M.Sc. Statistics in various universities and colleges across India were invited to participate in the training and 82 students from across the country were selected based on merit.

Five Bharathidasan University students, V. Dhivya, M. Monika, R. Priyadharshini, V. Kavyasri and A. Nancy, all final year M.Sc. Statistics students, were selected for the training.
