Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh on Thursday filed a complaint with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against BJP MP Parvesh Verma and former MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa for allegedly distributing cash to voters in the New Delhi constituency. AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal is seeking re-election from the constituency in the Delhi polls.

Sanjay Singh visited the central agency's office and submitted a written complaint. The development comes a day after Delhi Chief Minister Atishi alleged that BJP leader Parvesh Verma was distributing cash to women in the New Delhi constituency.

"They have only received the complaint. No official has assured us of any action. What the ED will do, I can’t say. They have provided an official receipt for the complaint," Singh said after filing the complaint.
