The Afghan Taliban has demanded an explanation from Pakistan over its alleged ceasefire violation on the Afghanistan border in the Spin Boldak region, amid ongoing peace talks in Turkey on Thursday.
According to the Afghan Taliban, Pakistani security forces launched heavy shelling on the Spin Boldak check post, critically injuring seven including Afghan soldiers and civilians.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said this act violates the ceasefire, but it has not yet responded to the attacks out of respect for the peace negotiations.
