Noida Woman Booked Over Alleged Remarks Against PM Modi During Anti-Paper Leak Protest

Noida Police registered a zero FIR against a 25-year-old woman for alleged objectionable language. The complaint was filed by Supreme Court advocate Smriti Singh after receiving several videos. The accused, Ruchika Singh, was identified and details were gathered by the complainant. Police registered the case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The investigation has been transferred to Delhi Police for further proceedings.
