No Williamson vs Kohli as New Zealand announce white ball squads for India tour

New Delhi: On Tuesday, New Zealand Cricket unveiled its squads for the upcoming ODI and T20I series against India, which is scheduled to be played in January.

Regular captain Mitchell Santner has been rested for the three-match ODI series, while former skipper Kane Williamson also been excluded. In Santner’s absence, all-rounder Michael Bracewell will captain the side in the 50-over format.

Matt Henry, Mark Chapman and Rachin Ravindra have also been given a break from the ODI series as part of injury management.
