New Zealand PM Says 57% of Exports to India Will Be Tariff-Free Under Proposed Deal

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s historic visit to New Zealand, Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has welcomed the proposed India-New Zealand trade deal, saying it will significantly benefit New Zealand businesses. Luxon announced that 57% of New Zealand’s exports to India would become tariff-free from day one under the agreement.
