'Mumbai, need your help': Ratan Tata's plea to find blood donor for dog

Chairman Emeritus of Tata Group, Ratan Tata, recently took to Instagram with an urgent plea for help. He appealed to the people of Mumbai to find a blood donor for a dog admitted to his Small Animal Hospital in Mumbai. The critical situation involved a 7-month-old dog suffering from suspected tick fever and severe anaemia.

In his post, Tata emphasised the urgent need for a blood donor, sharing the eligibility criteria for donor dogs along with a picture of the ailing animal. "I would really really appreciate your help," he wrote, hoping to garner support from the community. To further spread the word, he also shared the same image in his Instagram story, adding a clear and direct message: "Mumbai, I need your help."
