Mauritius Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam, accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, offered prayers at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. He received a warm welcome, with the city adorned with welcoming posters. Earlier, he visited the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi.
