'LPG charge' not legal, will invite action, CCPA warns eateries

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) issued an advisory on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, about the practice of restaurants and hotels in the country levying an additional “LPG charge” over and above the price mentioned on the menu.
