Digital scams are on the rise and have become a major cause of concern for many. A lot of people are falling in the trap of frauds, digital thefts, and phishing scams. YouTuber and social media influencer Ankush Bahuguna recently became of a victim of one such digital scam. Ankush shared a video on his official Instagram account revealing about his ordeal that lasted for around 40 hours. He gave a detailed account of what exactly happened and how he lost his money. In the video, Ankush started off by saying that he was missing from social media for the past three days as he was held hostage by some scammers. He revealed that he is still in a state of shock over the events that unfolded.

He mentioned that he was on a 40 hours of 'digital arrest' after he got a call from an international number clamming that he has sent a parcel to China that holds 'illegal stuff'. "I have lost money, I have lost my mental health to this, I can't believe this has happened to me," he said in the video.
