Lookout notice against actor Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra in Rs 60-crore fraud case

A Lookout Circular (LOC) was issued against Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra by Mumbai Police in connection with a Rs 60 crore cheating case, officials said on Friday. The alleged fraud is linked to a deal involving the couple's now-defunct firm, Best Deal TV Pvt. Ltd.

The Economic Offences Wing of the city police issued the LOC, citing the couple's frequent international travel, an official said.

The case against Shetty and Kundra was registered at Juhu police station on August 14, alleging they defrauded a businessman of nearly Rs 60 crore in a loan-cum-investment deal.
