Jaishankar speaks to Taliban minister, thanks him for condemning Pahalgam attack

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday spoke to Taliban foreign minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, said the Union Minister.

The dialogue marks the first political-level contact between the two countries after the Taliban captured Kabul in August 2021.
