Infant found dead in Salem

A seven-month-old male infant was found dead on a roadside near Vazhapadi on Tuesday. On Tuesday, residents of Pudupalayam near Vazhapadi found an infant dead on the road near the Mayavan Hill Temple path. On information, the Vazhapadi police rushed to the spot and sent the infant to Salem Government Hospital for a postmortem. The police registered a case and are investigating further.
