In a strong message to US President Donald Trump, who seems not to back down from his ambition of capturing Greenland, the Prime Minister of the Arctic territory has said that if they were to choose between America and Denmark, they would always opt for the Scandinavian nation.
"We face a geopolitical crisis, and if we have to choose between the US and Denmark here and now, then we choose Denmark. We choose Nato. We choose the Kingdom of Denmark. We choose the EU," Greenland PM Jens-Frederik Nielsen reiterated, standing alongside his Danish counterpart Mette Frederiksen.
