Google Pay India, NPCI Will Work to Bring UPI to Other Countries

Google India Digital Services (P) Limited and NPCI International Payments Ltd (NIPL) signed an MoU to expand UPI globally. Objectives include broadening UPI payments for travelers, establishing UPI-like systems in other countries, and simplifying cross-border remittances. This collaboration aims to provide foreign merchants access to Indian customers using UPI-powered apps.
