In a special gesture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi received Amir Of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani at Delhi airport on Monday evening.
Hamad Al-Thani, who is on a state visit to India on February 17-18, will meet President Droupadi Murmu and hold talks with PM Modi on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), his visit will provide “further momentum to our growing multifaceted partnership".
