The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of former IAS trainee Puja Khedkar, who has been accused of cheating and fraudulently availing benefits under the Other Backward Classes (OBC) and disability quotas to clear the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams.
Khedkar had earlier been denied anticipatory bail by a trial court, prompting her to challenge the decision in the Delhi High Court.
In August, she was granted interim protection. However, after reviewing the evidence and allegations, the High Court found significant grounds to deny her plea.
