Disha Salian death gets CBI probe 5-yrs after SSR's

The Bombay high court ordered a CBI investigation into Disha Salian's death. The court questioned Mumbai Police's failure to register an FIR for murder allegations. Police registered only an Accidental Death Report despite family complaints of gang rape. The court found the suicide theory inconsistent with the evidence presented. Post-mortem and ADR copies were not given to the family for years.
