Deva box office day 1 prediction: Shahid Kapoor cop drama may earn less than one-third of Kabir Singh, lose to Sky Force

Shahid Kapoor’s much-awaited film Deva has finally hit theaters, and been successful in generating buzz ever since its trailer was unveiled. While fans have been excited to see Shahid get back to action, the film’s music has only added to the excitement. While Shahid delivers an incredible performance, Deva has received a mixed response from viewers.

While some have lauded it's gripping action others don't find it convincing. Directed by acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, Deva marks his Bollywood debut. It is the official adaptation of his 2013 film Mumbai Police. This weekend is definitely crucial for the film as it has to get good numbers in order to survive.
