Delhi HC extends interim protection from arrest to Puja Khedkar till Sept 5

The Delhi High Court on Thursday extended the interim protection from arrest granted to ex-IAS probationer Puja Khedkar till September 5. The court extended the stay on her arrest while adjourning hearing of her plea seeking anticipatory bail. Khedkar has been accused of cheating and wrongly availing OBC and disability quota benefits to clear UPSC exam.

A bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad deferred the hearing till September 5.
