Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu moots aviation university and training centre in Andhra Pradesh

YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu betrayed people by “ignoring the promises” made by him during the 2024 elections, and that he is bound to incur the public wrath for doing so.

In a message on ‘X’ on January 4, 2025 (Saturday), the former Chief Minister said the TDP disregarded its manifesto. It left the public, especially women, children and farmers, in the lurch.

For instance, he alleged that the government failed to implement the ‘Talliki Vandanam’ scheme, under which a financial assistance of ₹15,000 was promised per child annually to help them meet their expenditure on education.
