Boy, Girl Found Hanging From Tree In Delhi's Deer Park, Police Suspect Suicide
Panic spread in Delhi’s Safdarjung Enclave this morning when two bodies were found hanging from a tree in Deer Park. The police were alerted around 6 AM by a passerby, and an investigation was immediately launched.
Initial reports suggest that the deceased—a young man and a woman, aged approximately 22-23 and 19, respectively—may have died by suicide. However, locals who frequent the park for morning walks have raised suspicions, questioning how the victims climbed the tree in such a crowded area. Some believe the bodies were brought from elsewhere and then hung.
CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined to determine whether this was a suicide or a case of foul play. The police’s primary focus is to establish the identities of the deceased before moving forward with further inquiries.
