BCCI secretary Jay Shah reappointed as chairman of Asian Cricket Council for 3rd consecutive term

New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India Jay Shah has been reappointed as the Chairman Of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) for the third consecutive term. There were reports earlier claiming that he had resigned as ACC chairman to run for the post of ICC Chairman in November.

Recently, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), secretary Jay Shah has been honoured with the prestigious Sports Business Leader of the Year Award at the CII Sports Business Awards 2023.

The BCCI took to social media platform ‘X’ to congratulate Shah for winning the award, “CONGRATULATIONS to BCCI Honorary Secretary @JayShah on being awarded the Sports Business Leader of the Year Award at the @FollowCII Sports Business Awards 2023. A first for any leader in Indian Sports administration, this recognition is truly deserved!”
