The Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday released its Sankalp Patra (manifesto) for the upcoming Jharkhand assembly elections.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the Sankalp Patra during a public meeting in Ranchi which was also attended by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Union ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Sanjay Seth and state BJP chief Babulal Marandi.
Speaking during the event, Shah said the party will implement Uniform Civil Code in the state and "drive out infiltrators" from Bangladesh.
