Jharkhand Election 2024: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday launched a strong attack on the Hemant Soren-led government in Jharkhand, accusing it of offering a "red-carpet welcome" to Bangladeshi infiltrators.
Speaking at an election rally in Potka, East Singhbhum, Shah claimed that these infiltrators were settling in the state, seizing tribal land, taking up jobs meant for local youths, and engaging in anti-national activities.
He further vowed that once the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) formed the government in Jharkhand, such forces would be deported and that no one would be allowed to cross the border.
