Amid court battle, Priya Sachdev pens note on Sunjay Kapur’s birth anniversary, includes Karisma Kapoor’s kids in it too

The country was rocked by Sunjay Kapur's death on June 12, 2025, at the age of 53. Sunjay, the ex-husband of Karisma Kapoor and a well-known businessman, died of a heart attack while playing polo. His family is still figuring out how to deal with their sudden loss. Priya Sachdev Kapur, Sunjay's third wife, posted the last photo of her late husband on Instagram on the day of his 54th birthday, just before he passed away.

In honour of Sunjay Kapur's 54th birthday, family members have been sending condolences and tributes in waves. All of these pictures were posted by Priya Sachdev Kapur, his third wife, on her Instagram Stories. She and Sunjay are seen posing with their family friends in one of the first pictures she posted. Sunjay is wearing his blue polo shirt in the picture.

Priya Sachdev also shared pictures from Sunjay Kapur's prayer meet. She was observed bending down to worship and presenting flower garlands to a giant photo of him. With this photo, she wrote an emotional note, that read: "Today I feel his loss very deeply! Sunjay's loss leaves a heart ache in me no one can heal."
