Afghanistan vs Bangladesh, 3rd ODI Live Score and Updates from Abu Dhabi
Afghanistan cricket team will look to create history with their first-ever ODI series whitewash as they take on Bangladesh in the third and final match at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. Hashmatullah Shahidi’s Afghanistan won the first ODI by five wickets while they sealed the series win with a 81-run win last week.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz’s Bangladesh team will be playing for pride, hoping to avoid the ignominy of a series whitewash against the Afghans. Leg-spinner Rashid Khan ran through the Bangladesh line-up claiming a five-wicket haul in the last match and will be look to end the series on a high for the Afghan team, who were hammered in the T20I series.
Afghanistan, however, will miss the services of experienced batter and former captain Rahmat Shah due to injury and he will be replaced by Darwish Rasooli in the middle-order. They could also try out either Abdollah Ahmadzai or Bilal Sami in place of wicket-less Bashir Ahmad.
