Adani Group firms settle Sebi case on governance issues

Mumbai: Adani Group companies have settled legal proceedings with market regulator Sebi by paying a total ₹1.5 crore in settlement amounts in a case involving alleged related party transaction disclosures and corporate governance issues.The five companies are Adani Enterprises, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar), Adani Green Energy and Adani Energy Solutions (formerly Adani Transmission).

Under the settlement terms, Adani Enterprises paid ₹76.05 lakh, while Adani Green Energy paid ₹45.5 lakh.
