Actor kills neighbour, injures 3 after row over his cutting trees

According to reports, an argument over the felling of trees escalated and Bhupinder started firing randomly from his licenced revolver, killing a young man and injuring three others. The incident took place at the actor's native place, Kuankheda, Bijnor.
