Aaradhya Bachchan moves Delhi High Court over 'misleading' media reports

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan has reportedly moved Delhi High Court over ‘misleading information’ about her in media. Delhi High Court has reportedly issued notice ‘seeking summary judgment in the matter regarding circulation of misleading information about her in media.’ It is a move taken by the family to safeguard Aaradhya Bachchan’s privacy.

As per reports, Aaradhya Bachchan has filed for a fresh petition following the previous order of the Delhi High Court. Back in April 2023, the Delhi Court had restrained many YouTube channels and media outlets from disseminating false information about Aaradhya Bachchan’s health.

The court had directed search engine giant Google, social media account of Bollywood Times and other websites to remove all the content identified by Aaradhya Bachchan in her petition. As per a report in News18, the court had also emphasised that a child, whether a star kid or not, is entitled to honour and respect.
