At least nine people died in a road accident after the van in which they were travelling collided with a truck in Rajasthan’s Jhalawar district. The accident took place in Panchola near Aklera.
According to Jhalawar Superintendent of Police Richa Tomar, the victims were returning from a marriage procession late on Saturday when the accident took place. The accused has been arrested and the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem, the official added.
