“ Our department is paying guest teachers a monthly remuneration of ₹10,500 only. However, guest teachers are not willing to come for such a meagre remuneration. It is not possible to appoint the required guest teachers every year. In addition, if other teachers are transferred to replace the guest teachers, they are immediately dismissed. In such a situation, conducting CET for the appointment of guest teachers is an unscientific measure. We will not get the required teachers. The department should reconsider the CET,
