“ Our department is paying guest teachers a monthly remuneration of ₹10,500 only. However, guest teachers are not willing to come for such a meagre remuneration. It is not possible to appoint the required guest teachers every year. In addition, if other teachers are transferred to replace the guest teachers, they are immediately dismissed.
