Sonam-Dulquer starrer The Zoya Factor’s new release date announced

Dulquer Salmaan and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja's The Zoya Factor has been in the news since its inception. While we can't contain our excitement to watch this new onscreen pair on the big canvas, we have to wait a little longer as the sports drama has been postponed by the makers. The film, which was originally scheduled to hit the screens on June 14 will now hit the screens on September 20.

Lead actress Sonam Kapoor shared this news on her social media accounts, where she shared the new poster of the lead stars twinning in denim shirts and captioned it, "We're back after the strategic timeout ? Catch #TheZoyaFactor in cinemas on 20th September, 2019. Starring @DQSalmaan, directed by #AbhishekSharma. @foxstarhindi".

The movie is adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's 2008 novel, The Zoya Factor. It tells the tale of a Rajput girl, Zoya Solanki, who meets the Indian Cricket Team through her job as an executive in an advertising agency and ends up becoming a lucky charm for the team in the 2010 Cricket World Cup.
