Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala says she has been judged since the day she was born
Trishala Dutt, Sanjay Dutt's daughter with first wife Richa Sharma, took to her Instagram to answer to a question about being judged constantly. The star kid wrote that it comes with the family name.
Sanjay Dutt's eldest daughter Trishala Dutt often interacts with her Instagram family. Recently, during a Q and A session, the star kid shared some advice on how to deal with judgmental people. One of the Instagram users asked her, "How do you deal with so many people judging you constantly? (sic)." She had a really mature answer to the question. Trishala is Sanjay Dutt's daughter with his first wife Richa Sharma.
TRISHALA SAYS JUDGEMENT FOR HER COMES WITH THE FAMILY NAME
Trishala Dutt responded to a question about being judged constantly. Taking to her Instagram stories, she wrote, "I’ve had people judging me since the day I took my first breath, It comes with the family name unfortunately (sic)." Advising people on how to deal with judgements, she added, "When dealing with highly judgmental people, don’t take it personally (sic)."
She further wrote that when people feel upset or disconnected from the world, they project their unhappiness on the people they interact with. "They start judging the world around them. Haven’t you noticed? It’s only when we are unhappy with ourselves, and our lives, we begin to judge, blame and criticize those around us. Nobody does this when they’re happy (sic)," she wrote.
Trishala also had a request for her followers. She asked fans to treat everyone with respect, love, compassion, including those who judge harshly. She wrote, "Appreciate the contrast. Silently thank them for the many lessons they are now teaching you and allow them to make you better, not bitter (sic)."
WHO IS TRISHALA DUTT?
Trishala Dutt, a psychotherapist based in the US, is the daughter of Sanjay Dutt with his first wife Richa Sharma. Richa died of brain tumour in 1996. Trishala was raised by her maternal grandparents in the US. After Richa's death, Sanjay Dutt married Rhea Pillai, but the couple got divorced in 2005. In 2008, Sanjay married Maanayata. Trishala shares a friendly bond with Maanayata and often shares pictures with her half siblings, the twins - Shahraan and Iqra. Trishala has been quite open about her personal life, including her relationship with her father, Sanjay, and the passing away of her lover. She uses her social media to raise awareness about various issues.
