Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas hosted a party for their American friends on Diwali. She shared photos of them from their LA home, which was all decked up for the Diwali party.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas celebrated their first Diwali in their first home together in Los Angeles. The couple hosted a party at their home which was attended by the who's who of the International showbiz industry. Priyanka shared a couple of pictures of the two of them from their home all decked up for the Diwali party. One can also spot their wedding outfits framed on a wall in their home. The couple wore beautiful Indian attire for the party.
PRIYANKA AND NICK GIVE GLIMPSES OF HOME DECKED UP FOR DIWALI
This year, Priyanka Chopra celebrated Diwali with her husband, Nick Jonas, at their Los Angeles home. The couple performed a Laxmi puja and also hosted a party for their American friends. The actress shared pictures of themselves posing in their home all decked up for Diwali. She wore a gorgeous white lehenga by Falguni and Shane Peacock. Nick wore a red floral kurta-pyjama with black Nehru jacket.
Sharing the photos, Priyanka thanked people who helped her organise the party and those who attended it. She wrote, "Our first diwali in our first home together. This one will always be special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this evening so special. You’re my angels. To everyone who honoured our home and my culture by not only dressing the part but dancing the night away, you made me feel like I was back home (sic)."
For Nick Jonas, she wrote, "And to the best husband and partner @nickjonas, you are what dreams are made of. I love you. My heart is so grateful and full Happy Diwali (sic)."
Nick Jonas also shared a lovely video of himself and Priyanka in which their home can be seen decorated for the festival of light. He wished fans a happy Diwali and wrote, "Happy Diwali to you and yours. Sending you all love and light. My beautiful wife has introduced me to so many wonderful Indian holidays and traditions. My heart is so full to be able to share this with our friends and family (sic)."
PRIYANKA'S DIWALI CELEBRATION WITH NICK JONAS AND DESI GIRLS
Earlier, Priyanka Chopra shared with her fans and followers how she celebrated Diwali with Nick Jonas in the US. The couple did a Diwali puja at their home. Sharing pictures from the puja, she wrote, "With the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi we invite Her grace and abundance into our home. Happy Diwali (sic)."
Before celebrating Diwali with her family, Priyanka Chopra attended a party on Diwali eve that was graced by international icons like Lilly Singh and Mindy Kaling. The Citadel actress shared several pictures from the party in which they are seen dancing, laughing and having fun. Priyanka wore a white floral lehenga with an embellished blouse.
She wrote, "Love, laughter and a room full of badass desi boss ladies. Thank you @mindykaling, @deepica + @meena for a lovely pre Diwali celebration. (sic)."
The pictures prove that Priyanka Chopra had a splendid Diwali celebration in the US this year.
