In a targeted strike that has sent shockwaves across the region, a high-ranking Hezbollah commander has been killed in an Israeli drone attack.

Ismail Baz, the Hezbollah commander, was killed in a strike targeting a car near the town of Ain Ebel in southern Lebanon, as confirmed by the Israeli military.

Baz was known for his role as the commander of Hezbollah’s coastal sector and his involvement in planning attacks, including rocket and anti-tank missile strikes, against Israel. ‘

On Tuesday, the Israeli army put out a video showing a vehicle getting hit by a strike from above.
Before the attack, Hezbollah said they attacked an Iron Dome battery nearby. But the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) say they’ve heard these claims before and don’t take them seriously.”
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said two drones filled with explosives hit places close to the northern town of Beit Hillel.
They’re looking into why the warning sirens didn’t go off during the attack.

After a few hours, Lebanese media said someone died in a drone strike on a car in Ain Baal, near Tyre, about 15 kilometers from Israel.
Later, the IDF confirmed that they were behind the attack.
