It's an honour not only for her but for the entire industry that she's representing. Padma Lakshmi felt so obliged to meet Deepika among the many other influential people at the TIME 100 Gala that she took to Instagram and shared a snap saying, "The stunning Deepika Padukone." For those of you don't know, Padma Lakshmi is an American author, actress, model and television host. That way, Deepika is currently on a roll, her last release – Padmaavat is the biggest hit of 2018. The movie not only managed to storm the box office but it also reinstated her star status.
