Lakshmi is set to hit the screens in July

After releasing the first teaser of Lakshmi featuring Prabhudheva, the makers has released another promising promo which showcases the killer dance moves of super kid Ditya Bhande, who portrays Prabhu's student in the film. While in the first promo, we saw legendary dancer Prabhudheva showing off his dance skills, in the latest teaser his student is winning our heart with some rollicking moves. Looking at the promos, it seems Lakshmi will turn out to be the Tamil version of ABCD franchise. Written and Directed by Vijay, the film also stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Karunakaran, Kovai Sarala, Chams, Akshat Singh, Jeet Das, Sam Paul and Bollywood choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan among others. On the last day of the shoot, producers Prateek Chakravorty and Shruthi Nallappa of Pramod Films gifted Prabhu a painting portrait. It was a very emotional moment for Prabhu as Prateek told Times Of India, “Lakshmi has more emphasis laid upon emotional factors and in relevance our farewell had more such influences. Prabhu Deva sir has been a great support throughout the shooting and his involvement more personal as the story revolves around dancing.”

The music of the film is composed by Sam C S, while Anthony has edited this musical dance venture. The film is set to hit the screens in July. Post this, Prabhudheva will soon start prepping for his directorial venture Dabanng 3, which features Salman Khan in a lead role. Anyway, have you guys liked the trailer?
