Vrushika Mehta to enter Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai will see a new entry. Actress Vrushika Mehta, who was last seen on Yeh Teri Galiyan will be seen as Dr Ridhima on the show. The Rajan Shahi will now focus on a new sequence where Kartik (played by Mohsin Khan) and Naira (played by Shivangi Joshi) will start a new life in Mumbai. However, Dr Ridhima's entry will cause trouble in Kaira's paradise.

VRUSHIKA'S ENTRY TO ADD A TWIST TO THE SHOW

Vrushika Mehta's entry will play an important role in Kartik and Naira's life and will add an interesting twist in the show. Her interaction with the lead pair is going to begin a new story in their lives. The makers have kept details about Vrushika's characters under wraps. According to reports, Ridhima is not what she seems to be, and there will be a lot of curiosity around the character.

KARTIK AND NAIRA MOVE TO MUMBAI

Kartik and Naira will move to Mumbai away from the comforts of their family. The new sequence will air from Monday (November 30) on Star Plus. Sharing the details about it, Rajan Shahi said, "I feel that Shivangi and Mohsin have one of the best on-screen chemistries which audiences have seen till date, and they have projected and played it brilliantly over the last few years. Both Shivangi and Mohsin have re-evolved their chemistry with every phase of the show, and they complement each other the best. It's the best jodi in the industry and I am looking forward to Kartik-Naira's (Kaira) journey in Mumbai from Monday onwards."

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running daily soaps of Indian television. The show premiered in January 2009 and featured Hina Khan and Karan Mehra in lead roles. They played Akshara and Naitik. The story shifted to Kartik and Naira in 2016 and they received as much love from the viewers as Akshara and Naitik.
