In a viral video, Kartik Aaryan is seen protecting Sara Ali Khan as they walk through a big crowd during the promotions of Love Aaj Kal in Ahmedabad.
Love Aaj Kal is one of the most anticipated films of the year and its lead actors Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan can't wait for it to hit the theatres.
The actors are currently busy with the promotions of the film. They were recently in Ahemdabad. In one of the videos from the promotions that is going viral, we see Kartik protecting Sara and they walk through a sea of fans.
Fans are seen shout the name of Kartik's character - Chintu Tyagi - from his film Pati Patni Aur Woh in the video. Kartik greets fans while helping Sara walk through the crowd.

Love Aaj Kal is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The film is the sequel of Imtiaz's 2009 film of the same film. The original film starred Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.
Imtiaz has often been accused of repeating the story in his films. In a recent interview with Film Companion, he cleared the air on the same. He said, "I look at it seriously sometimes but the reason I am here is to have fun. I enjoy the work that I do. I enjoy writing and directing. These are the stories that come to me directly. There is no way of artificially inseminating a story. It is not organic to me. Also, sometimes it is easy to confuse the envelope with the letter. The envelope might look the same, it is not necessary for the letter to be the same. When I write there is usually a guy and a girl and something happens between them, but it is a different discovery each time."
Love Aaj Kal will hit the theatres on February 14.
