Jacqueline Fernandez took to Instagram to express her excitement on starting Bachchan Pandey shoot. On the other hand, Kriti Sanon wrapped up the film’s schedule in Jaisalmer.
Jacqueline Fernandez is very excited to join Akshay Kumar on the sets of their upcoming film Bachchan Pandey. The actress took to Instagram to share a black-and-white picture with him and informed everyone that she has begun shooting for the film. The film is the Hindi remake of 2014 Tamil film Veeram and also stars Kriti Sanon. Earlier today, Kriti shared an emotional note upon wrapping up her schedule in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

KRITI SANON PENS A NOTE ON WRAPPING UP BACHCHAN PANDEY
Kriti Sanon penned a heartfelt note after wrapping up her schedule of Bachchan Pandey shoot. Sharing a picture of herself and Akshay Kumar in their Bachchan Pandey avatars, she wrote, "And its a schedule wrap for me with @akshaykumar for #SajidNadiadwala ’s #BachchanPandey directed by @farhadsamji .. #Myra @wardakhannadiadwala. One of the bestest, most fun and memorable schedules i have had so far.. Time just flew and we ended up making a film in between the echoing laughters, gaming sessions and neverending lunches and dinners as we all became one family! It was surely the saddest Goodbye from the beautiful Suryagarh Palace.. but we shall meet again soon! Can’t wait to see you guys in Cinemas! @nadiadwalagrandson (sic)."
ABOUT BACHCHAN PANDEY
Bachchan Pandey’s shooting began in Jaisalmer on January 6, 2021. Akshay Kumar will essay the role of a gangster in the film, while Kriti Sanon will play a journalist. Besides Akshay, Kriti and Jacqueline, the film also features Pankaj Tripathi and Arshad Warsi. The Sajid Nadiadwala production is all set to release on January 26, 2022.
