Deepika Padukone shared a throwback video from Cannes Film Festival green-room on Instagram. Referring to her caption, Kartik Aaryan asked her the meaning of shenanigans.
The novel coronavirus pandemic led to cancellation of multiple film festivals this year. But that can’t stop our celebrities from revisiting the past and sharing throwback videos from the good old days when stepping out of the house, or the country, was a part of their lifestyle.
Deepika Padukone on Thursday shared a throwback video from the green room of Cannes Film Festival. The actress can be seen dancing in her bathrobe and laughing out loud while getting ready for her red-carpet appearance. From her headgear, it looks like the video is from Cannes 2019, wherein Deepika chose to wear an elaborate Giambattista Valli lime green dress paired with a satin rose-pink headband scarf.
Sharing the throwback video on Instagram, Deepika wrote, “Green Room Shenanigans.. #cannes #throwbackthursday.”
While fans are showering love on the actress in comments, actor Kartik Aaryan had a query for the Padmaavat actress. Referring to her caption, he wrote, “Shenanigans matlab?”
Solving the actor’s query (and also trolling him), Deepika wrote, "Silly or high-spirited behaviour; mischief (like you on most days)," with a laughing emoji.
This isn’t the first time that the duo has made headlines. They often comment on each other’s social media posts, keeping fans entertained.
On the work front, Deepika will be seen sharing screen space with husband Ranveer Singh in 83.
Kartik, on the other hand, has Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Dostana 2 in the pipeline.
