Chhalaang lenge 12 June ko: Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha film gets new release date

Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha-starrer Chhalaang will now hit the silver screens on June 12. Based in a small town in Uttar Pradesh, the film was earlier slated to release on March 13.

Sharing a new poster of the film, Rajkummar Rao wrote on Twitter, "Ab Lenge #Chhalaang 12th June Ko! Masterji Khilayen Kaise? Bachche Busy hain Exams ki Padhayi Mein. Toh Masterji Khilayenge Garmi ki Chhuttiyon Mein! Exams ke Liye Best of Luck!"

The film brings Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha together for the first time. Bharucha also shared the new poster of the film on Twitter.

Directed by Hansal Mehta, Chhalaang is produced by Luv Ranjan, Ajay Devgn and Ankur Garg.

Talking about the change in release date of the film, Luv Ranjan said in a statement, "We feel Chhalaang is one of the most inspiring and heartening movies to come out of Luv Films and such a special film deserves a better release."
