Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the prime accused in a Rs 200-crore money laundering case, has now turned against Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez after the latter made allegations against him in her recent plea.

Jacqueline recently moved a Delhi court seeking protection from intimidation from Sukesh. She’s also moved Delhi HC seeking quashing of case against her saying that she is an innocent victim of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s targeted attack.

In her appeal, Jacqueline, who is also an accused in the money laundering case, claimed that Sukesh trapped her.

Responding to Jacqueline’s allegations, Sukesh said that he would now reveal all “unseen” evidence against her, claiming that the investigations done were biased as he was protecting the interests of “this person”.

Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s lawyer Advocate Anant Malik confirmed to India Today that the person he has referred to in the letter is Jacqueline

Sukesh, in a fresh letter, said that he will expose the reality of this person (without naming Jacqueline) and will reveal all the “unseen” evidence, including chats, screenshots, recordings, etc.

“Since ‘that person’ made him the devil, he has no choice than exposing her reality in open,” said Sukesh without naming Jacqueline in her letter.

Sukesh said that he would reveal all the overseas financial transactions and investments, which were kept as secret to “protect this person”.

Sukesh has alleged he made payments worth few million dollars to enhance her social media platform to compete with her prominent colleague.

“Even the smallest fact of payments worth few million dollars paid for social platform enhancement to compete and race against a very prominent individual colleague of this person also will be brought in open with the entire relevant payment invoice paid by me, as in accordance of Indian Evidence Act,” said Sukesh.

Sukesh, in his letter, said that he would now go all out to “expose anything in accordance to law”.

“The world needs to know the truth, the reality,” said Sukesh.

“With a shattered heart, he has decided not to stay hurt, numb or quiet, one should know truth is very powerful,” the letter read.

He added, “I was shocked, frozen as after all that you do, protect, safeguard someone, they turn around, stab you back hard, as they think now that they are safe and act victimised and start blame games, and point saying look here is the Devil, the Bad Guy.”

“Realisation is very important for one. You can’t let anyone stab you or underestimate or take you for granted. You need to make that other person realise what they are doing is wrong. To make one realise can get you in a very hard situation, because your heart melts," he said.

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate on a petition filed by Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez seeking to quash a money laundering case registered against her involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

In the plea, Jacqueline challenged the ED’s complaint and the second supplementary chargesheet under Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

The plea claimed that Jacqueline Fernandez did not commit any offence of money laundering as defined under the scheme of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 20202 and neither was she in possession of proceeds of crime.

It further said that the complaint by Aditi Singh, wife of former Ranbaxy owner Shivinder Singh, does not allege that the petitioner (Jacqueline Fernandez) in any manner actively aided or abetted the main accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar to commit the alleged offences.
