It’s that time of the year when the tech bigwigs begin hurling their annual conference dates at tech enthusiasts. Apple, in its quaint fashion, has announced its WWDC 2019 dates where the new versions of iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS will be announced, although they begin rolling out when 2019 iPhone and Mac are released into the markets.
Apple WWDC 2019 Dates
Apple will commence WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) on June 3, which marks the biggest announcements from the event. It will conclude on June 7 in San Jose, California.
The Cupertino-headquartered giant is inviting developers from around the globe to register themselves latest by March 20. The developers will have to shell out $1,599 if they are selected by Apple to participate.
What to expect from WWDC 2019?
Apple will continue with its tradition of making all the software-related announcements at the conference, underscoring the debut of iOS 13, macOS 11, and successive versions of tvOS and watchOS as well. Apple will put iOS 13 under the spotlight at the keynote as it is poised to get some radical changes. It is also highly speculated Apple could announce a more efficient way to tune iOS and macOS.
There will be granular, if not fundamental, changes to the macOS, tvOS, and watchOS, although it is too early to name what exactly is in the offing. While there will not be any hardware-centric announcements, developers could finally see more freedom in developing apps for macOS.
A lot of subsequent announcements will also be regarding Apple’s streaming service that is going to be launched at the company’s March 25 event.
