Rajinikanth will not be able to vote in Nadigar Sangam elections and THIS is the reason

Rajinikanth took to his Twitter page and revealed that he received his postal vote late while shooting for Darbar in Mumbai and hence wouldn't be able to vote in the Nadigar Sangam elections.
