Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday challenged the opposition BJP, in an interview to its party mouthpiece Saamana, to bring his government.

"This is Maha Vikas Aghadi government and it is doing well. If someone wants to makes use of money to conduct operation lotus here, it is not going to work. Use of money on politics in this way is ridiculous," Uddhav Thackeray said.

"Bullet train is not the need today. If at all it is required in Maharashtra, then it should be a bullet train connecting Mumbai and Nagpur. So that the feeling of alienation that is being purposely created in the mind of Vidarbha will cease," the Maharashtra CM said.
