Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande get maximum nominations at MTV VMAs

The nominations list for Video Music Awards (VMA) is out. The list, which was unveiled on Thursday, saw Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga take the lead. Both of the artists have nine nominations each, which also includes a co-nomination in 'Rain On Me'. Billie Eilish and The Weeknd were nominated six times in the list.

The voting lines for fans will remain open till August 23. The awards have introduced two new categories, mainly best music video from home and best quarantine performance. The show will be hosted on August 30, 2020 at 8.00 pm ET in Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
