Duleep Trophy: Rain-marred opener between India Blue, India Green ends in draw after three washed-out days

Bengaluru: The rain-marred Duleep Trophy opener between India Blue and India Green ended in a draw on Tuesday after three days were washed out.

The match ended without even the first innings being completed, and both teams got a point each.

After the opening day's proceedings started late on Saturday owing to overnight rain and saw 49 overs being bowled, play on the other days were called off without a ball being bowled.

Only 49 overs were bowled in the entire match. On a truncated opening day, India Green had reduced India Blue to 112 for six.
